RENO QRP GROUP MEETING 5/21/2024
Location at Jack’s Café #2 at Sixth St. & N Wells
The meetings are held in the back room.
Today there were 15 members present.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Sad News Tony Costanizo KC7YPP a long-time member of the group is now a SK. Toney died of a heart attack on June 1, 2024.
The next Slow Speed NET will be on June 27, 2024, at 7.045 MHZ 10:00 AM. Also for the Month of July there will be only one NET session because of my schedule of personal things I need to make an adjustment.
June 22 – 23 the ARRL FD will be held SNAST will be at their usual site at Washoe Lake.
Woody mentioned that Ed Ferro KG7FMN is now an Extra Class. (a round of applause).
Phil has some led acid batteries on the free table.
Woody has 6 sections of a tower, and a antenna dish for free contact Woody K1LM for full details.
